Operations Engineer
This interview process dragged on for over a month, honestly the worst I've ever been through. After passing the technical interview, they blindsided me by asking for my current salary slip, a super confidential document, before even making a job offer. It felt like they were misleading candidates with their communication. At one point, it seemed like they'd already offered a job to someone else, but things were clearly disorganized. I tried calling the hotline they provided, but it was a dead line. After some back and forth via email, they told me my resume was on hold and wouldn't be considered for this round, but they'd reach out in the next. Then, I tried applying for the same role again, but apparently, they're not accepting applications anymore.

Scrum Master
Applied early one week and had a screening interview that Friday. Then had an interview with the Hiring Manager the next week. The week after that, interviewed with team leads. After a week of no feedback, I reached out and got an interview scheduled for the following week. They mentioned the position was open to two people and set up an interview with a different team, luckily at the same time since I had already gone through the whole process once. This was nearing the holidays and end-of-year budgets. Then it went silent, with no active outreach. When I followed up, they were quick to respond that teams were still deciding and budgets were unclear. Silence continued as I waited longer between follow-ups (1 week, then 2 weeks, then 4 weeks). Each time I followed up, I got the same 'we don't know yet' answer with no additional updates. It's disappointing not to be selected, but more frustrating to have five interviews and no closure or updates. This started as a quick process but became a frustrating, drawn-out one without formal confirmation. I hope they'll treat future candidates with more respect.
- How would you handle a lack of respect and planning from the Corporate organization?
IOS Engineer
A recruiter reached out and we chatted for a bit to see if we were a good fit. A couple weeks later, I had a 1-hour technical screen on Coderpad with live coding. The next day, I got the invite for an onsite interview that happened about 3 weeks after that at the Austin office. I arrived and was greeted by HR who gave me some info on benefits. First up was a 30-min chat with 2 product people, which was super chill and made me feel comfortable. Then, I spent 2 hours with 4 senior engineers. They asked me about my background, my past projects, and what I'm currently working on. After that, I did a coding exercise that was pretty standard. We talked through it, and they wanted me to explain my thought process. They wrapped up by asking a bunch of technical questions, and they were really open to discussion and hearing my ideas. Honestly, everyone was really friendly and made the whole thing go as smoothly as possible. It was easily the best interview experience I've had in software.

Paid Advertising Marketing Manager
Wow, words can't describe how I feel about this interview process. I'm not sure where to begin. It started with an online application, and within a couple of days, someone reached out to schedule a phone interview. After that, I was told another phone interview would be scheduled with the Director. I have to say, they were very flexible with my schedule and transparent throughout the whole process, which is rare. Following the phone interviews, I was brought into the office for a couple of back-to-back interviews, and then another round of remote interviews. This is definitely the best interview process I've ever had.
