The first call with the recruiter went well, they shared good info about the role. The in-person interview had one interviewer missing, so they brought in another designer last minute. The CD started by saying they don't like when designers just show their online portfolio. We also kept getting interrupted by employees asking about the room booking. It would have been better if the interview was more prepared with all interviewers present, the room secured, and a heads-up about needing a custom presentation. I followed up about the lack of response but haven't heard back in almost a month. I didn't even get a rejection email. I told the recruiter I didn't feel set up for success and asked for another interview, but still no word.
