3 stages The first round is with an RD. He asked about my CV for about 20 mins, then some classic OS questions. It ended with 1 medium LC question. The second round was mainly HR asking BQs. The last interviewer was the manager on the team. We talked about my experience for a few minutes, and then did a LC medium problem.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I went through the interview process for this role and wanted to give some insight for future candidates, specifically regarding the interview process. The job seems to be more about customer service support than the technical troubleshooting mentioned in the job description. You'll mostly handle basic support tickets and guide customers through setting up their NAS devices. The interviewer noted that individuals with strong technical backgrounds tend to leave quickly. During the interview, the interviewer shared very little information upfront, and I had to really push to get details about the basic job functions. Even simple questions about daily tasks and the advancement path within the Premium Support team required a lot of follow-up to get answers. This made it tough to figure out if the job was a good fit. It took many follow-up questions to learn about: the day-to-day work, how the Premium Support team operates, what the salary range of $60-80K actually means for new hires, what kind of support is available after the initial training, and the performance expectations and timelines for growth. A red flag for me is when an interviewer can't or won't clearly explain the job duties, which could mean they aren't well-prepared or don't have a clear understanding of the role themselves. For candidates, I'd suggest coming with very specific questions about daily tasks, the support structure, and career advancement, as you'll probably need to be persistent to get clear answers. Also, think about whether this communication style aligns with the company culture you're looking for.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was nice and professional. They asked some technical questions and focused on behavior questions. It's good to prepare some domain knowledge in TCP/IP etc. and knowledge about different file systems. There were 2 rounds. The first round was with HR and a Tech officer. The second round was with the director.
