I applied through their website and got a quick response to schedule a digital interview. However, after working with their tech support, I found out the platform didn't work with my computer. I ended up having to do the interview on my cell phone, which wasn't ideal and caused me to miss answering a couple of questions. I tried contacting my original point of contact via phone and email to let them know about the issues, but I never heard back.
