After applying online, I got a call from a screener. Then, another call came to set up a phone technical interview. This technical interview was about 40 minutes long and asked things like "what is a primary key? What is the difference between a fact table and a dimensions table? What are 5 things you will do when you receive an offer?" After that, the screener called again to set up a recruiter call. The recruiter spoke with me for 15 minutes, and then I was invited for an in-person interview in Norwalk, OH, which is an hour from the Cleveland airport. They covered flights, hotel, rental car, and food. The hotel was a 20-minute drive from Syniti's office, and we had to carpool. The interview spanned two days: the first day was from 8 am to 6 pm, followed by dinner, and the second day was from 8 am to 3 pm. The entire weekend was dedicated to a class on using SQL in an SAP ERP module, with a test at the end on the material covered.

The interview process was moderate. They asked about everything in my resume, so make sure to go through it. Having basic knowledge of all the technical concepts and skills mentioned in your resume is important. I was interviewed at the Hyderabad office after applying through campus.

The process was very smooth, the HR kept me updated throughout the process. They conducted a mock training and based on training gave us a task to which I think is a great way to let the applicants know what kind job they'll be doing at the same time letting the company know which applicant is most suitable for the job
