The first round was with a recruiter, the second with the manager, and the third with the director. Finally, there was a training on their software. There was no communication after the interviews. The process was formal and methodical with simple criteria but also subordinates.

You will start with a link for some MCQ questions. If you pass that, you'll get an interview scheduled. If you pass the interview, you will attend a workshop where you'll learn Syniti Admm and take a practical test. Everyone who passes the practical test will then be interviewed by HR.

Recruitment person was over 10 minutes late for the Teams call. At least one week notice was given for the interview to allow preparation time. Ghosted three weeks later after asking for an update, with no response. Basic feedback is requested as people can understand rejection with it.

So they first gave me a phone interview, then an online test which they watched me on camera for, and then I had the technical interview with a senior dev where we talked about skills, problem-solving, and my past experience.
