The final stage was a 2-hour session which included a 30-minute lab tour with the team, a 45-minute technical interview with the hiring manager, and a personal interview with other senior staff from the same business unit.

It started with a general chat, then moved into a Q&A about my past project work. The vibe was professional yet casual and friendly. Several staff members were present for two rounds of interviews, which included a walk-through of the labs.

They started with a 30-minute HR call with standard questions. Then, I had a Zoom interview two days later which included a 20-minute presentation, an hour of personal questions, and an hour of technical questions. They gave me only four days to prepare, which felt short especially when working. The interview itself was okay and a good experience. On the same day, they contacted me for another interview with the Head of the area, wanting to do it immediately. I found this impolite as they should be mindful of people's schedules. After the interview, you have to follow up for status updates, and they don't give feedback on why you didn't get the position.
