Technical Behavioral Presentation

Submitted my CV and got a 45 min interview with two senior managers where they asked me technical and competency questions. Then, after two weeks, HR called me for the next stage, which was a 2-day process. The first day involved a presentation about a technical project I worked on. The second day had three 1-hour interviews focusing on competency, technical skills, and motivational fit, plus a site tour. HR finally got back to me with a decision after another two weeks. I felt the process was a bit much.
