So at Syngenta, you usually start with applying online, and then a recruiter might call you. Sometimes they have you do online tests, like aptitude or technical ones, depending on what job you're going for. After that, there are a couple of technical interviews, and then you have a final chat with HR about your experience, what you're good at, and if you'd fit in with the team, and then they'll give you an offer.

The interview process started with a group dynamic where we had to solve a case study related to the department of the internship. A few days later, those who passed the group dynamic were contacted for an individual interview. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the individual interview, but the manager was very welcoming and made the interview light, making me feel very comfortable, almost like a chat.
