I applied for the job through Syngenta's smart recruiters platform. A few weeks later, I was contacted by email to see if I was interested in the position, which I confirmed. The following week, the same recruiter, Mariana Pezzoli, messaged me on WhatsApp with a questionnaire for the job. After I responded, I was asked if I was available for an interview at a specific time. I confirmed my interest and availability and waited for the interview, but I was ignored. I messaged her again because I was very interested in the process, and was ignored again. A few weeks passed, and I received an automated email stating I was disqualified. In summary: A company of this size, with such a valuable name and credibility, has unprepared people in HR with a lack of respect.
