Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Syngenta Digital.
Software Developer
The interview was rigid, too much rote memorization that doesn't actually show a developer's skill. Also, the feedback was terrible, no real explanation about the process. Useless.
- Questions regarding SOLID principles (rote memorization)
- Questions about dispatchers
- Questions about coroutines
Software Engineer Intern
The technical interview was with two software engineers (one manager and one mid-level) and they asked me about the technical test they had sent. They were friendly and charismatic.
- Why did you choose that specific design pattern for the test solution?
Software Engineer
It was a process with basic HR questions about experiences, challenges, and everyday situations. The HR wasn't very organized, took a long time to respond, and I actually got to the offer stage. The offer wasn't good, so I declined.
- What technologies have you worked with?
- What projects have you worked on?
