The interview was rigid, too much rote memorization that doesn't actually show a developer's skill. Also, the feedback was terrible, no real explanation about the process. Useless.

Behavioral Technical Case

The interview was split into 4 stages: RH > Manager > Technical > Culture. The process was very quick and humane. Interviewers were super respectful, objective, and didn't try to trick me. The technical interview was very focused on the day-to-day field work, routine, customer service organization, and past success cases. Having CS knowledge is extremely important.

Having 6 years in the market, this was by far the best selection process I've ever been through. My conclusion comes from a few points: You get to choose your interview time. The recruiters don't interrupt you, they actively listen, ask relevant questions, and keep the conversation light and objective. They provide follow-up and feedback. There's transparency throughout. Besides doing the basics well, which 90% of companies currently lack, like punctuality, respect, and clarity, I received totally personalized feedback.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I recently went through the Syngenta Digital hiring process and honestly, it was the best hiring process I've encountered in my 12+ years in Marketing. The stages were clear and well-explained. The interview phase was a dream: a super dynamic and interesting chat where I felt valued as a multitalented person, not just a tool. The process feedback was perfect. I noticed the HR team pays attention to not discourage candidates, even with a negative outcome. I really liked it and feel it's an environment where I'd like to work. It didn't work out this time, but maybe next time?
