I sent in my resume on Sep 14, 2017 and got a reply quickly about scheduling a 30-min in-person interview in New Rochelle, NY. I picked a date and later got a call about my education, goals, and interests to set up the interview. The interview was the next day, Sep 15, 2017. It was basically an intro to the company where they asked about my work history and goals to see if we were a good fit. Then, I was set up for a second interview on Monday. This one was an hour and a half. I liked that the interview felt like a conversation, asking why I wanted this job and how my goals fit their needs. I liked the learning, training, and entrepreneurship parts, but it didn't seem to offer the work-life balance I need.

The interview process was smooth and pretty quick. Unlike other places I've applied to that took weeks to respond, Synergy replied within a week of receiving my application. The recruiters were nice and to the point. The day of observation was my favorite part of the entire process. Muhtao was my interviewer and for the most part was informative.

It was a pretty standard and straightforward interview process. The questions were all pretty much what you'd expect, not really specific to the role since it was an entry-level position. We had some Zoom calls and phone calls, and the vibe was really friendly.
