I was emailed about 2 weeks after I handed over my resume for a phone screen. The phone screen was cancelled and rescheduled to a week later. I was told the phone screen would be conducted with the recruiter, but when the phone call came, it was the coordinator instead, something I definitely did not expect. I thought it was odd, but made the best of it, even when the coordinator sounded pretty inexperienced. After the phone screen, they wanted to invite me in for in person interviews, but it took almost 2 weeks for it to be scheduled - and that was only when I followed up. The in person interview went well, the questions were all pretty standard, and everyone I met with was nice and courteous. I was emailed less than an hour after leaving the office for another interview a week later with the VP, which was a strange interview. The VP seemed very uninterested to interview me and asked me few questions, resulting in only a 15 minute conversation. I followed up with a thank you email to the team and VP, and never heard back. All in all a pretty disappointing experience, as my impression of the company was pretty good when I met the team.

So I'm giving the company a positive interview experience because that's exactly what it was, however, overall, I am not impressed with the company as a whole. I applied for the position and was called to come in for an interview a couple days later. I had a two hour interview where I met with 3 managers/directors and then some of the recruiters. Overall, I felt it was a great interview and that it went really well. I knew they were early on in the hiring stages so after not hearing back from them for over a week, I e-mailed the recruiting director. Didn't hear anything back. E-mailed again almost 2 weeks later and got an out of office e-mail, where I then e-mailed the Sales Director who I had met with during my interview. Still nothing back. I consider this extremely unprofessional when a company takes over two hours of your day to interview you and they can't even give you a rejection letter. I hope the company considers finding a different system to work with after interviewing someone they aren't interested in.

First, I had a phone screen, and then an in-person interview. It was 3 rounds all in the same morning. The first round was with the VP, the second round was with a lead recruiter and the sales director, and the final interview was with the CEO. Everyone I met was really nice. The whole interview process lasted about 3 hours.
