It was a bunch of steps to see if I was a good fit. First, the recruiter called me, then I talked to the hiring manager. After that, I met with some people from the team, like a group or panel interview. Sometimes, they even have execs involved. It's all about seeing if you have the right skills and experience, and if you'd fit in with the team, using questions about your behavior, different situations, and just general stuff. Then they decide if they want to give you an offer or not.
