First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Syndigo.

The interview process was smooth, professional, and well-organized. HR Managers were very helpful and responsive, showing responsibility. The process included Screening, Assessment, Technical Interview - L1, Senior Technical Interview - L2, and then HR.
- What are your strategies for managing stress or overwhelming situations?
Software Engineer
The interview process was pretty average. If you're pretty good with your tech skills, you'll do great. It included an initial exploratory call, then two technical interviews, and finally HR.
- How would you implement a job scheduler?
Software Engineer
A recruiter from another company contacted me directly and set up a 3-hour interview. I don't recommend it; it feels like a waste of 3 hours. They ask basic questions and then reject you for weak reasons.
- I was asked coding questions.
