It was a walk-in interview that took 1 day. They called it a 'Scheduled Walk-in' but I still had to wait 3 hours for the first round, which was a waste of time. The company claims to be an IT company changing the world and improving processes, but they still ask for hard copies of CVs and can't even conduct interviews in an ordered manner. It's a joke. After 3 hours, I had the interview. The interviewer was focused on Spring. The issue with these Indian interviewers is that they just memorize things and speak without understanding. So, for these interviews, remember some architecture and definitions from your tech. They lack logic and common sense.

The interview was held at a hotel in Chennai. I got there at 11:30 AM, registered, and then had to wait while they played videos about the company culture. No lunch was provided. I was finally called in at 4 PM. The first round involved questions mostly from my resume, focusing on my current project's architecture. After that, I had to wait again for the second round. Initially, they asked general questions, then moved on to technical ones. I was then asked to wait for the onsite round. In between, another round was conducted. Since they didn't have onsite slots available for that day, they said they would call back. I'm still waiting for that call.
