Credit Analyst
I applied through school and the interview process was mostly organized. It had 3 steps. The first was a general behavioral phone interview with a current analyst. The second was a phone call with an AVP about my technical and data experience from my education. The third was a video interview with a Director and the AVP where I was asked technical financial math questions.

The interview process was surprisingly easy. It included a very easy behavioral part and a technical part that involved simple math. It's important to know why you want to work for Synchrony and specifically in credit. Be ready to talk about your university experience and your interest in risk.
