There was a behavioral interview with STAR questions. I had to prepare and present a presentation beforehand, with a week to prepare. It wasn't very casual or conversational, more like an interrogation. Overall not bad though.

Behavioral Case
It was a 3 step interview process. First, a 15min screening with HR to check GPA and graduation date. Then, a 30min behavioral interview. Finally, a case interview with KPIs and profit calculation questions. The whole thing from applying to offer took about 2 months. Everyone was nice and responsive.

It was an interesting process with good questions. There were 2 rounds that were behavioral. They asked about my past experiences and my interest in the positions. It was a great interview. I looked up the interviewers beforehand, and that really helped during the actual process.
