Synchrony is great for posting actual jobs they want to fill, which is rare nowadays. Their interview process, though, is a bit unpolished. Some recruiters tend to disappear, and hiring managers might not have a clear idea of what they need. For example, one hiring manager asked about skills totally unrelated to the job description, like investor relations, SQL, and SAS, making it seem like they were figuring out the role as they went.
