The interview process was pretty easy, with basic customer service questions. At first, it seemed like a really friendly place to work, but as the training went on, it turned out to be more demanding than they let on. The culture felt friendly initially, but things changed during the extensive training period. Expectations became less clear, and it felt more high-pressure than what was advertised.

I had a phone interview for a customer service role and it went really well. The person called exactly on time, which was a good start. Even though it wasn't in person, they were friendly and made me feel comfortable. The questions were straightforward and really got into the core of customer service, like dealing with tough customers, solving problems when things get hectic, and if I'd used different customer service software before. I felt like I did a good job explaining my strengths, especially how I stay calm in difficult situations and how committed I am to giving great service. The interviewer listened well and asked follow-up questions that let me give more details about my past experiences. I also liked that there was plenty of time for me to ask questions about what it's like to work there, what they expect from someone in this job, and how the customer service team operates. The answers were detailed and gave me a real sense of the company's values and how they support their employees. All in all, the phone interview made me feel confident that I could do this job. The professional yet warm conversation just made me want the job and to work for this company even more.

I applied online and the next day took a pretty easy and logical test. After that, I had to schedule a phone interview, and they let you know if you pass. Finally, there was an on-site interview with the manager and a regular employee. The whole process took two weeks. I'm really mad because I didn't get an offer even with 5 years of experience in customer service/collections.
