So, I went through three rounds. First up was a Technical Interview. Then, an HR interview. The last one was a stakeholder interview, which honestly felt like they were just asking me silly questions, not really checking my skills.

The hiring process included an aptitude test followed by four interview rounds: technical, operational, and HR. The aptitude test was quite easy. The entire process took a full day, and the results were announced after a two-week wait. Very few candidates were selected at each screening stage.

They started with a quant and logical reasoning test. Shortlisted people were called for a technical and logical interview, followed by HR and MR interviews. They mostly focus on logical questions and observe how candidates approach them.
