The interview process included an initial HR phone screening, followed by a 30-minute conversation with the hiring manager. Finally, there was a panel interview involving team members and someone from another department. I didn't reach the supposed final round with HR. It was a really great interview experience overall; the people were super nice and kept things pretty informal, not just sticking to a strict list of questions. They seemed keen to know about your business understanding and any coding experience you might have.
