It was pretty straightforward. First, there was a general programming question. Then, they asked some general questions about my previous work and what I'm hoping to get out of this role.

I had 2 technical interviews and then an HR round. They said they would give me an offer and decide. A few days later, the HR texted saying I wasn't selected. They didn't give a good reason. The HR department lacked professionalism. I'm declining this company.

The interview process was quite straightforward and fast. However, they only review resumes from candidates who can start immediately and whose profile aligns with the client's needs. There were only a few rounds, with one or two technical assessments at most. Passing these stages essentially means you're nearly hired. The compensation is competitive, often exceeding industry standards. I had an HR interview, which was remarkably professional; it was unlike any HR interview I'd experienced before. Many questions touched upon personal life, and while I wasn't sure how they related to the job, it was a unique experience. I believe the interviewer was assessing my genuine professionalism. I successfully passed all stages and have since been with the company for several years.
