Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Symmetry Financial Group.
Sales Associate
The interview was very casual and laid back. Mr. Brock was easygoing and nice to talk to. We talked about my past experiences and it was a very simple honest conversation. It was just on a zoom call with a link provided so no technical difficulties either.
- What are your career aspirations
Sales Associate
Felt like a good gig initially, they help you get your insurance sales license for cheap and it seems like there's good growth potential. On the flip side, they seem to be pushing their company on you way more than the actual job itself. Spent a lot of time on the phone trying to sell me on how great the job was because of the money I could make. After the interview, they have you fill out a 'new salesman application' which is actually a contract, and they pressure you to sign it within 24 hours. Since I had other interviews lined up, I didn't sign it.
- What makes you the best candidate for this role?
- What are your career aspirations?
Sales Associate
It was a very informative and friendly interview. They answered all my questions and even gave me extra info to look at later to learn more about the company. They asked me questions about the company videos I watched and talked about growth opportunities.
- Could you tell me about your future goals?
