The interview process was lovely. Everyone I met was happy to answer my questions. I was able to meet and hear from people in management, and on the greater team, which gave me a great sense of what the job would entail.

My interview was quick and easy. The interviewer was nice and didn't ask hard questions. They were very open to what I had to say, and the conversation went really smoothly. It was pretty standard overall, and I had a really good experience.

After applying online, they will reach out and schedule an interview. This interview can be in person or over Skype, depending on the department. The Skype interview is about 30 minutes long and includes various "Give me a time when..." questions. They will also discuss the intern role and ask if you are prepared to work long hours, particularly during the festival season. It seems like there was only one round of interviews.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time when a group project you were involved in did not go as planned.

I got an email with some jobs for HubSpot users in Austin. I asked Ron a question about the job, and he asked if I was interested and if he could do a phone interview using my LinkedIn as a resume. We had a 30-minute phone interview, and then they asked me to come in for a formal interview two days later. I brought work examples and my 2016 accomplishment portfolio, and Ron and Kori interviewed me in person. I ended up declining the offer because it was too low.
