I had a couple of interviews with an outsourced talent team first. After that, I interviewed with Swissport's HRBP and Hiring Manager. The final interview was scheduled with the Global Head of People. Honestly, the whole process felt pretty unprofessional. They asked for my availability for the final interview. Then, I was told the Manager was on holiday and wouldn't be available for two weeks. I waited patiently. After those two weeks passed, nobody contacted me, so I sent an email to follow up. To my surprise, they responded saying they had decided not to proceed with my application. Apparently, while the Manager was away, they moved forward with other candidates.

I applied through an external recruitment firm and after an initial chat and interview, I was set up with Swissport. Swissport sent an email from an unmanned address, so rescheduling wasn't an option. My interview was at 10:30 am, but I wasn't seen until 12:30 pm. The interviewer did apologize for the two-hour wait, which is unacceptable. The interview went okay, but I had a bad feeling about the place.
