I wouldn't suggest working here. The whole hiring to onboarding process was really bad and felt super rushed, which made me wonder how organized the company is. I first talked to someone on Friday and they set me up to meet the hiring manager on Monday. When I got there, there were a bunch of other candidates and we had to wait a bit before we were seen. The hiring manager asked me one quick question about why I wanted the job and then right away said I was hired. The onboarding was done all together with everyone at once. After that, I had to do a drug test and get a badge, all in a really tight amount of time. The whole thing was done in just a few hours, and it felt messy and not personal. When I tried to ask questions, the staff couldn't give me straight answers. After my training was set up, I emailed the training manager and HR but never heard back. I even went to the office, and the front desk people seemed so disorganized, writing notes on a napkin, which didn't make me feel confident. All in all, the lack of communication, planning, and professionalism made this a really annoying experience.

So, the interview had two main parts. First, we all did a group activity together, like a team task. Then, we had to present what we did in the activity to the interviewers. They watched how we worked as a team, talked, and solved problems. After that, I had a one-on-one chat where they asked me questions just to me and I could talk more about my background and why I'm a good fit.

Worst company ever! They had around 100 people interviewing at the same time. I have over 7 years of customer service experience, but they still declined me. They were very misleading, I would not recommend them at all.
