Had two one-on-one interviews with the project lead. A short 4-hour take-home project was assigned during the first interview. The second interview involved discussing the results and the problem-solving methodology. Lots of questions about machine learning and optimization.

The process kicked off via an employee referral. It consisted of a presentation followed by technical questions. The questions focused on Machine Learning concepts, with some software engineering queries also included. The entire interview lasted 2 hours and the process moved quite quickly.
