The application process was multi-stage and well-organized. It began with an HR interview covering typical resume and motivation questions. This was followed by a second meeting with two team members, including the team lead, which delved deeper into technical aspects. The third interview was on-site and featured a comprehensive case study focusing on technical questions and SQL. Candidates had one hour to work on the case, followed by a presentation and discussion. Specific follow-up questions were asked during the presentation. A positive aspect was that each interview allocated sufficient time for candidate questions. Overall, the process was challenging and intellectually engaging, offering a good insight into the technical demands of the role. However, the final interview, lasting about three hours without breaks, was quite long. Some technical issues also arose. With clearer structure and scheduled breaks, the interview experience would have been even better.

This job took over a month to interview for, starting with a quick 15 min HR call and ending with a 25 min chat with the team, which felt like the job wasn't a priority. The second interview started with introductions and company info, then asked about my last project. No technical stuff was asked, just general questions about programming languages and monitoring tools I've used. I asked for an update two days after the interview and got a rejection email soon after. When I asked for feedback, they said I didn't have Kubernetes experience, which was weird because no technical questions were asked other than about my recent project, which I summarized.

The first chat with the recruiter was nice. They mentioned they want to give everyone a good shot. I was then called in to their office for an interview with HR. The office was easy to get to, clean, and had a good vibe. It was honestly the best interview I've had. They were smart, funny, and said nice things. I liked how they presented, and it was cool they went through my presentation. I remember them asking me to say 'ambiguity' again, and I was glad they got it. Even though I didn't get the job, I'd totally suggest it to my friends in software engineering.

First they rejected my application, then after 10 days they called me for an interview. First interview was good and relaxed. He shared that there would be maximum 2 rounds: Tech + HR. After it, I received an invitation for a 3-hour round with 6 people! I was like OKAY, maybe that's how Swiss do... Very exhausting rounds, questions were weird like 'how old are you', or 'we will be your 4th employer, explain', etc. In the second round, I even had some guy who was laughing while I was speaking (very immature!)... In general - chaotic, unprofessional.... I lost 4 hours of my time during working hours, but I would say that is a lesson learned... Ah yes, the best part - the rejection was so generic, classic corporate BS.
