It was a smooth process with two interviews and a small assignment. The assignment was to be discussed during the interview. Two people from Swiss were present, one was leading the conversation, the other was quieter.

The interview was in 4 parts: First a review of your application (resume, motivation, etc.), then a first interview with team members. Thirdly, after passing the initial interview, an interview with the team leader. Lastly there was a feedback session where I got an offer. Overall a thorough process. I am very happy about this approach, it is clear that SWISS takes their time in finding applicants, even in internships.

I had an interview over Microsoft Teams with two people. It felt more like an interrogation than an interview, and the employees' attitude was really unpleasant. I got cold responses and was treated rudely a lot when I tried to answer politely.
