The process was very straightforward. I interviewed with two current employees. We discussed my career goals and experience. They were easy to get along with and talk to. Asking the interviewer questions will set you apart. It was one of the more enjoyable interviews I've had for sure.

In the last interview round, 10 of us did back-to-back interviews for 4 hours with different executives and operations managers. It felt like a chat. They asked about my past work, life experiences, and how I handled tough situations. They also wanted us to ask them questions about the company. Having relevant management or craft experience in construction was really important to them, more so than just grades.

I had a phone interview first. Then, I had a second interview where I met with three people. They asked some simple questions, but also questions about my resume, and they wanted to know more about my construction experience, particularly if I had experience with anything in an office setting.
