Senior SDET
It's 3 rounds total, and you'll get coding questions in every single one. The first round is DSA, expect medium difficulty. Round 2 is a technical interview where I had to do coding questions, but no actual technical questions were asked. The last round is with the HM, they asked technical questions and a medium-level coding question.

SDET
I got a call from a staffing agency and was invited to the Swiggy office for an interview on a Saturday at 10:00 AM. Many candidates were there for the SDET profile. We were made to wait in a meeting room and then called randomly for rounds. An HR mentioned that there weren't enough interviewers, causing delays. We were provided lunch and then asked to sit in the same room. My three rounds finished at 7:00 PM. I was told they'd inform me about the next steps, indicating the process wasn't complete after a full day at their office. Three days later, I received an email from HR1 (with HR2 in CC) stating my Saturday rounds were positive, but due to panel shortages, the final round couldn't be arranged. They asked for my weekday availability for a 1 hour 30 minutes session. I spoke with HR2 and confirmed my availability. As I didn't receive an official email invite, I called HR2 to request one. On the interview day, I called HR2 to let her know I was on my way and would reach the Swiggy office in an hour. Initially, she forgot about the interview, then informed me the panel was unavailable and it needed rescheduling. I was surprised by the HR's disorganization. I waited two weeks for their call, with no contact. I called HR1, who said HR2 would call back. I called HR2, who said HR1 would call back. The staffing agency mentioned my profile was on hold. After another week, HR2 called and asked me to come in on a weekday between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I inquired about the process, and she mentioned a manager round and a VP round. I requested an earlier or later time, but she stated the VP was only available between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. I managed to arrange it and arrived. After a 15-minute wait, an individual, possibly an SDET2/3 but not a manager, came in. He asked questions but seemed uninterested, frequently checking his phone and leaving the room multiple times. After his session, I waited another 15 minutes for the VP round, but no one appeared. I called HR2, who told me to wait, saying the VP would arrive shortly. Then HR1 came and asked about my previous round. I said it was okay. She mentioned I wasn't technically strong. When I asked about the next steps, she told me I could leave and they'd get back after the debrief. I was shocked, especially since I was scheduled for a VP round during the VP's only available hour, but the VP never showed up. Weeks later, I got an email from HR1 stating my interview results didn't meet their expectations for the current role.
