First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swiggy.
Sales Manager
It was a pretty smooth 3 rounds of interviews. They asked questions regarding communication, time management, and Excel skills. The process itself is pretty smooth and they are helpful throughout, though the interview process can take a while to wrap up. Once it's done though, they give you a clear idea of where things stand.
- How would you handle your time given that the restaurant is often busy late into the night?
Sales Manager
It was super fast and everything was upfront. We did everything on Google Meet. There was an online test. They were really professional and focused on practical stuff. They also helped out with scheduling the interviews.
- Tell me about why you're interested in this specific job role.
- What makes you want to join Swiggy?
- Can you explain your understanding of the responsibilities outlined in the Job Description?
Sales Manager
It was a 4 round interview process, all done over the phone. The first round was a very basic one with HR. The next three rounds were with the business head and product manager. They asked situation-based questions, and some questions were repeated in different ways. Honestly, the interviewers were quite foolish.
- What's your plan to hit sales targets?
- If you miss targets for 3 months, what's your 4th month strategy?
- How would you reach a monthly GMV of 2 crore? Explain.
