After scheduling the interview rounds, the process becomes quite streamlined. However, after that, they tend to ghost candidates. For one position, they had 3 candidates (assuming all with relevant experience), and it took them over 2 months, yet the position remains unfilled. You really need to follow up strongly to get the rounds scheduled.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process started with an HR Round where they asked general questions about my past experience. This was followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, which included questions about work experience, strengths, and weaknesses, as well as a case study on a current problem Swiggy faces regarding restaurants and users. Then there was a take-home case study assignment to present new ideas for improvements and adoption. The next round never happened; I didn't get a response for 3 weeks. Then the HR reached out saying the hiring manager was on leave for a month, so no one was available to review the next steps and they would inform me soon. After a few days, I received a generic rejection email. My assumptions are either they found a better candidate and proceeded with them while keeping me as a backup, or they rejected me in the second round but wanted to gather ideas via the case study. Regardless, the process lacked transparency and clarity on the timeline. I would not interview here again, as it would have been a nightmare if I desperately needed a job. I might suggest others interview here, as my experience is just one case.
