Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process included one online assessment, followed by three interviews: one technical, one case study, and one with the hiring manager. The experience with HR was quite negative. Initially, they offered 12 LPA for a Business Analyst role. During the interview process, they asked if I could join as an MIS role for 10 LPA, which I declined. Then they offered an Associate BA role for 11 LPA. When I inquired about the BA role and the frequent changes, I received no clear answers. They negotiated the salary like a fish market and reneged on their initial offer. The recruiters showed a lack of accountability, which was a very pathetic experience.

Technical Case Behavioral

The interview process was quite smooth and straightforward. We started with Round 1, which was an online technical test featuring SQL queries of easy to moderate difficulty, along with a business case study (split into 8+1 parts). Next was Round 2, a SQL technical interview focusing on a strong grasp of basic concepts and practical implementation. Round 3 was a stats interview involving hypothesis testing case studies and fundamental statistics. Then came Round 4, a business case study where I was asked about improving sales in a specific area and about tracking metrics for a new feature in an e-commerce app. Finally, Round 5 was with the hiring manager, covering strengths, weaknesses, and general interpersonal questions.
