It was an introductory interaction where they primarily assessed your SQL query writing skills and your statistical knowledge. Despite my lack of preparation, the entire process went quite smoothly.

Technical Case

The interview process was straightforward and comprised three rounds. The initial round involved SQL and a basic case study. The subsequent two rounds also featured case studies, focusing on strategies to bring back churned customers into the sales funnel. The case studies were relatively easy.

Behavioral Technical Case

It was a long interview process, lasting about a month. The HR team was quite unresponsive, often not getting back to messages or calls for up to a week after a phone interview. The final interview panel also seemed unprepared; interviews weren't well-planned, and interviewers appeared to be seeing my resume for the first time during the interview. They asked basic questions, mostly drawing from my resume. It seems many in leadership have a background in the food industry. My suggestion would be to better train the HR and interview panel before they meet candidates.
