First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swiggy.
Key Account Manager
The interview process was good, but it felt a bit drawn out and lacked a clear flow. It's important to think broadly and not get stuck during the interviews. You'll likely discuss differences between Zomato and Swiggy and how commissions work on each.
- Can you pitch a startup idea?
- What are the key differences between Zomato and Swiggy?
- Explain the purpose of commission structures on platforms like Zomato and Swiggy.
Account Manager
It was good, but you need to prepare beforehand. Just be confident; it plays a big role throughout. The rest is good. Prepare for all sales questions. Be yourself, don't act. If you don't know the answer, say so and take time to think rather than just answering the first thing that comes to mind.
- Can you explain your motivation for joining our company?
- What interests you about this role?
- Why are you a good fit for this position?
Key Account Manager
I got referred by a friend and went through 2 phone rounds, then a Skype call. The interviewer wanted to meet in person so it became a face-to-face round. They initially said travel expenses would be reimbursed, but the interview itself was a poor experience. The interviewer was rushed, asked a few questions for about 10 minutes, and said they'd follow up. Despite my follow-ups, there was no response regarding reimbursement or the interview outcome.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What makes you want to work in the food industry?
