I applied online and completed a text interview. They then scheduled a video interview for me, but nobody showed up. I've never been ghosted by a company like this before. They didn't even notify me that our meeting was canceled. They just didn't show up. Fortunately, I did my research and was ready for this because many people on Reddit have reported the same experience. I've tried emailing them, but no one has responded.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

Applied on 12/08/2024 and immediately did the on-demand screening questions, getting an interview scheduled within 15 minutes. The interview was set for 12/10/2024 at 8:45 am, but the interviewer didn't show up. I reached out to my Talent Acquisition contact, who apologized and arranged for another interview at 2:00 pm the same day, which worked out since I was available. Two managers from different units interviewed me. They were very pleasant and asked behavioral and situational questions, including prioritization. The interview concluded with a case study where I was shown available units and asked to rank my top three preferences. Two days later, a manager from one of my preferred units called and extended a verbal offer. I'm now waiting for the official e-offer.

Setting up interview times was a bit confusing with the ModernHire software, and I got a text from someone asking me to sign up. During the interview, they asked some brief questions about my specific goals in my nursing career, any specialties I'm interested in, my strengths and weaknesses, what I hope for as a nurse tech, and about my clinical experiences.
