The interview process took a long time and was very disorganized. I had trouble getting in touch with the hiring manager, which felt unprofessional. They seemed to offer me the job, but then didn't follow up for over a week and a half, despite my attempts to reach them. I had given up hope until they finally called back. This experience reflects how Swatch operates: slowly, with HR blocking the best candidates. The hiring process was bogged down by paperwork, and since there was no trainer, I had to figure things out on my own by reading extensive manuals and through trial and error.

I went through two interviews for this role. First, I had a face-to-face meeting with the District Manager. After that, I had a phone interview with the head of HR. Both interviews were conducted in a very friendly and professional manner.
