Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swatch Group.
Sales Assistant
I was contacted by email after applying online. After scheduling a call time that worked for me, I received the call which lasted a few minutes. They asked about my experience and availability. Towards the end, the lady hurried to finish the call and a few days later I received an email saying I wasn't selected. I understand it's their right, but since we discussed details already on my resume, they could have skipped it, or at least given reasons. I felt judged for personal things, like maybe my voice, or something I said wrong. I didn't like their approach during this phase.

Sales Assistant
We started by checking your availability. Then, we discussed the products, your strengths and weaknesses, and how you prepared for the interview. I was asked to share my experiences. The interview took place in the office behind the shop. We also talked about your commitment to work and your work ethic.

I applied and was contacted for a Zoom interview with someone from HR. After that, I got the good news that I was hired. The interviewer was really nice and made me feel comfortable, so it felt more like a casual conversation than a formal interview.
- Can you explain what makes for good customer service, using examples?
- Tell me about your past work experience and how the skills you gained can be used in this position.
