Standard interview process: initial HR contact, then an interview with the hiring manager and HR, followed by a discovery day with the teams. The discovery day was well-organized with pleasant team interactions. However, despite knowing my salary expectations (which were standard for this role in the watchmaking sector and my experience level), the HR person refused to discuss it, ultimately offering a salary below my expectations. After a slight negotiation and a slightly improved offer, she quickly withdrew it via email, claiming it would disrupt team salaries (an argument I don't believe). No call or discussion about the company's inability to meet my expectations, showing a lack of consideration for my time and a cowardice from HR. This experience aligns with Swatch Group's reputation in the industry.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process started with an online interview with HR, followed by a second online interview with the Head of the department. Then, I had a third interview with the Team leader. The final interview was required to be on-site. Since the position involved the design process, I had to complete a 15-minute design presentation. Overall, it was a good interview experience.

HR reached out. I had a quick chat with them where they asked some easy questions and then they set up my first interview. The first one was online, and the second one was in person. I got an offer pretty quickly after the second interview.
