It was a multi-step interview process. First, I had an HR interview. Following that, I met with the Hiring Manager. They then gave me a case study to work on. I presented my case study to both HR and the Hiring Manager. The next step was an interview with the General Manager, after which I got the job offer.

Applied on LinkedIn and HR reached out via email. First talk was with HR, then the hiring manager. I'm expecting a third interview with another senior manager.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was well structured and multi-level, although a bit long. The Head HR and the director level hiring manager were involved. Candidates from outside Austria should expect to travel abroad for a personal meeting, without compensation. Overall, it was a very positive experience with personalized and prompt communication after almost every step. It was a bummer to have 3 weeks of radio silence after the personal meeting, but a personal call and some details about the decisions (after an impersonal regret letter a few days before) helped restore my faith and positive feelings about the whole experience with Swarovski.
