I had an interview call with HR, then I met the hiring manager. After passing that, I met with the Director. The final round was with the team, which was more of a get-to-know-you session. The offer process took a while.

I had an interview that was longer than some of the other candidates. It was with 2 managers and lasted about 30-40 minutes. It went pretty well, they were friendly but asked direct questions. I was a bit nervous at first because they seemed serious, but they were really nice. Just be confident and know your stuff. At least check out the website and know some of Swarovski's history and story. This will help when they ask what you know about the company and show that you're interested in working there.

Nice, but a bit cool conversation with two interviewers (from the department and HR) but the recruiting process by HR was a bit unprofessional (delays, unclear statements etc). Part of the CV had to be done in English, also some questions were asked in English. In the end, it didn't work out for either side.
