Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swarovski.
Customer Service Associate
There were 2 interviews. I first met with the manager for a get-to-know-you chat. Then I met with the regional manager, who asked me about Swarovski's brand history and my sales tactics.
- What do you know about Swarovski and its products?
Customer Support Specialist
I was contacted by their team via Linkedin and initially the recruitment process went well. Once the hiring was confirmed, the team changed the verbally agreed-upon conditions. They didn't respect the start date or the place for signing the contract. Also, I found little clarity in defining the various processes that would lead to eventual hiring.
- What characteristics should a team leader have?
Customer Service Representative
There were 3 phone interviews, no face-to-face. The first was a regular phone screening, then I spoke with the immediate manager and the head of customer excellence. I felt like I was doing most of the asking, and they didn't ask any tricky or out-of-the-box questions. I had 10 years of experience at that time.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What's your approach to managing a difficult customer?
