I applied online and had a short 15min recruiter phone screening. Then a 45min phone interview with my potential manager a week later. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview at their HQ in Zurich. I had to prep a 15min presentation for this hour-long interview. They mentioned a final round interview and said the recruiter would follow up, but I never heard back despite emailing twice. Even when I took another offer and let them know, there was still no reply. It was disappointing because the role sounded interesting and everyone I met was nice and encouraging, but the silence afterwards was the opposite and felt insulting.
