Project Manager
You'll come in twice and meet a bunch of people each time. It can feel a little overwhelming with everyone you meet, but they break it down into sessions so you only meet with a few people at a time for a set amount of time. Be ready for the usual interview questions, but more importantly, be ready to talk about how your past work experience fits into your answers. Your work experience is super important, as it is at most places, but your personality can really make a difference too, especially at a company that really values its culture and specific values. You'll do great, everyone was really nice and it felt more like a chat than an interview.
- Can you share your experience managing several projects simultaneously?
- How do you approach working with diverse personalities and individuals?
- Describe your approach to handling different situations that might arise in the role.
Project Manager
Started with an online spelling and grammar test. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty standard. First, I had to take another timed spelling and grammar test. They asked some basic interview questions and I met with two friendly interviewers. They described the job role briefly. They advised to dress professionally. Unfortunately, I wasn't invited for a second interview.
- Could you tell me a little about yourself?
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult situation.
- Can you share your experience collaborating with teams?
Project Manager
I had a phone chat with HR first, then I went in for an in-person interview with a bunch of project managers. They asked me questions related to the job. After that, I had separate meetings with people from other departments, like account managers, supervisors, and directors. They wanted to see if I'd be a good fit for the company and their teams.
- Have you worked with clients before?
