There was a waterson assessment to check aptitude and abilities, followed by two interviews with the manager and plant manager. They used STAR questions to understand past experiences and how they were handled. HR was helpful.

I've interviewed with them 7 times over the last 18 months. It starts with a recruiter call, then an interview, and then I get ghosted. This has happened 7 times. They never follow up, and don't even send a call or email to say they are no longer interested. I try to reach out to the recruiters, but they don't return calls or emails. It's very unprofessional.

The process kicked off with a phone call from the recruiting manager to go over my background and education. They threw in a few situation-based questions too. About a week after that, I went in for an on-site interview. First up was a chat with the HR rep, where I faced a lot more situation-based questions, really drilling down into management stuff specific to the job. After that, I met with the managers I'd be working with, and they also hit me with a bunch of situation-based questions and asked about my strengths and weaknesses.
