First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swagelok.
Engineer
Had an HR call over the phone. Then a video call with supervisors where they asked technical questions and talked about the team and role. Finally, an in-person interview with the next level supervisor, including a tour. They asked situational and behavioral questions. They explained the follow-up process well, so I knew what to expect.

Engineering
I had a pretty quick phone call with a recruiter that lasted about 15-20 minutes. They asked me a couple of behavioral questions, and we also exchanged some emails about questions I had. They said they'd get back to me in a few days to a week, and they did.
- Can you share an experience where you faced challenges collaborating within a team?
