Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Swagelok.
Customer Service Specialist
The process started with a recruitment agency. It was fine, but there was little feedback at the end of the procedure, and as a result, no offer was obtained. There was a first interview with the recruiter, followed by a second interview at the company. A third interview did not happen without any real response.
- What do you like most about working here
Customer Service Representative
Had a phone interview with the HR Manager. It was a good talk and seemed to go well. They told me about the company's history and what it does, how the department is organized, the expected work schedule, the sales territory I'd be covering, and asked why I want to work at Swagelok.
- What are your salary expectations?
Customer Service Associate
I talked to two managers for the interview. They were really nice and professional. We mostly discussed the company's culture and history, and they asked some standard questions. It seemed like a pretty laid-back place to work.
- Can you walk me through your experience and what makes you qualified for this role?
